Limited secure parking is available beneath the hotel on a first come, first served basis (£20 per day). Spaces cannot be reserved. Little Roodee Car Park is just across the road.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. You’re welcome to arrive earlier or stay after check-out to enjoy the lounge or explore the city.
Chester Racecourse is around a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome to stay. Infants (0–2) stay free. Children 0–2 dine free, and children 2–12 receive a £20 food allocation towards dinner.
Breakfast is served 7am–11am Monday to Friday, and 8am–11am on weekends.
